SUBJECT: Exceptional Customer Service at Village Auto Body of Richfield, Ohio
To often the news contains so much negativity it taints our belief in the kindness and generosity of mankind that way to often go unnoticed. I am writing to share a very positive experience that was extremely generous that not only represents exceptional customer service, but also represents the pride that small business owners take in their work. To keep this story brief, my auto had to go in for some body and paint repair. When I picked up my car, I was very pleased with the outstanding finished product that Village Auto Body had done! However when I took the car home, we noticed there were several door dents that I thought were not there prior to taking the car in. Mr. Rick Hudak had me bring the car back for them to look at my concerns. As it turned out, these unnoticed door dents were not of any fault of the bodywork just performed; these door dents were ones I had not originally noticed. However Rick Hudak did not want me to be an unsatisfied customer and he expressed how much pride he takes in his work and reputation as a small business owner in Richfield. He insisted on me brining my car back into the shop, so they could give me a finished product I was 100% happy with! He proceeded not to charge me for the extra work that would have cost hundreds of dollars! Rick and his team at Village Auto Body exemplify the true meaning of honesty, exceptional customer service and kindness to their customers!
